Smarkin AI provides audience intelligence, marketing analysis, and connected-platform insights. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Smarkin AI, we may process:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, and profile details.
• Business and marketing information you provide, including product details and saved reports.
• Meta Ads connection information, including the ad account you choose to connect, account identifiers, campaign names, performance metrics, creative metadata, and related advertising insights.
• OAuth access credentials needed to read the connected Meta Ads account. These credentials are encrypted before storage.
• Technical and security information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and manage your Smarkin AI account.
• Generate audience intelligence, reports, campaign assessments, and marketing recommendations.
• Retrieve and display the connected Meta Ads data you authorize.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, and diagnose service problems.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information or Meta Ads data.

4. Meta platform data

When you choose to connect Meta Ads, Smarkin AI requests access only to the permissions needed to read the advertising account data required for the features you use. We use that data to provide campaign performance views, analysis, and recommendations. We do not use Meta platform data to build advertising audiences for third parties or to sell it.

You can disconnect a Meta Ads account from the Integrations page. Disconnecting removes the stored credential and stops future syncing. Meta may also send an authenticated data-deletion request to this service, which is processed through Smarkin AI's Meta data-deletion callback.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate Smarkin AI, such as hosting, database, authentication, AI, payment, and connected-platform providers. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted storage for connected-platform credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may update account information, disconnect a connected platform, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. If you use Meta's app settings to revoke access or request data deletion, we process the authenticated request sent by Meta.

8. Children's privacy

Smarkin AI is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are below the minimum age required to use the applicable connected platform or to consent to this service in your location.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
